Delivery

Delivery is handled by our international logistics partners, including YunExpress. Packages are shipped with tracking numbers and are delivered by local postal services or private couriers upon arrival in the destination country.

Your package tracking number is sent by automatic email as soon as the package is ready to leave our warehouse.

It will be active within the next 48 to 72 hours.

Estimated delivery time:

• United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 6 to 15 business days.
• Europe: 6 to 17 business days.
• Other International Destinations: 7 to 20 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

International customers, please note: customs duties may apply upon receiving your package. These fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer.
